Bityard Offers Reliable and Safe Crypto Spot Trading Services to Thai Investors

2021-02-09

The cryptocurrency market has remained bullish for several months, which has led to more active investors to enter the market. At the same time, Bitcoin has surpassed $48,000 recently, and also attracted many newcomers to come for Bitcoin investment. However, the huge amount of investor trading activities coming with bull market also has caused extra burdens to the systems of many trading service providers.

Bitkub announced on February 5 that it has stopped accepting new users for a while. Last month, the amount of trading activities on Bitkub surged and made the trading service system of Bitkub crash three times, followed by a temporary suspension of platform service and system maintenance. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) also asked the company not to serve new users until it can guarantee that its trading system has enough capacity for existing trading activities.

Bitkub claims to be the largest crypto exchange in Thailand with a 90% market share. Still, it couldn’t handle the surge of spot trading demand from the current market. Very likely, the real need of crypto trading in Thai market has been underestimated to some degree.

In order to meet the need of crypto trading in Thai market, Bityard, the world’s leading cryptocurrency derivative exchange, therefore started to offer crypto spot trading services to Thai investors.

At the end of 2020, Bityard found the increasing number of investors and the growing need of spot trading around the world, it, with Binance, the world’s largest crypto spot trading platform, as the liquidity provider, launched its advanced spot trading service with more than 45 trading pairs including many mainstream and popular cryptocurrencies in the market. In addition to Thailand, Bityard also provides its services in over 150 countries.

What’s more, Bityard hired the Muay Thai superstar Buakaw Banchamek as the brand ambassador, which is a part of its marketing strategy in Thailand. Buakaw Banchamek, an extremely popular Muay Thai fighter, had more than 230 victories in about 260 international Muay Thai matches in total from 2000 to 2019. In early 2020, he was nominated as one of top three favorite athlete in Thailand in 2019.
